WENDY NAILS & SPA – GIFT CARD POLICY

​Welcome to Wendy Nails & Spa! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please read our gift card policy carefully before making a purchase:

​Expiration Date: Gift cards are valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase. After this period, the card will expire and hold no value.

​In-Salon Pickup: Buyers must pick up the physical gift card at the salon within 1 week of purchase. Wendy Nails & Spa is not responsible for holding or safeguarding your card beyond this timeframe.

​No Refunds/Returns: All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

​Card Protection & Responsibility: Please keep your gift card safe. We do not offer refunds or replacements if a card is lost. The salon will not accept receipts, bank transaction histories, or any other proof to request a new card.

​Dispute Resolution: We only handle inquiries or complaints directly from the original buyer. Wendy Nails & Spa will not resolve any disputes or claims raised by the card recipient.

​Important Note: Our staff will always inform customers of the 1-year expiration date and these terms prior to payment. Transactions will only be processed once you have understood and agreed to the conditions above.
