Effective immediately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of your booked service cost.

We truly understand that life happens — unexpected things come up, schedules change, and we get it completely. But as a small business, last-minute cancellations make it nearly impossible to fill that spot in time. Those are real hours that affect our staff, team and our clients who are waiting to get in.

Here's all you need to know:

-> Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and there is NO charge
-> To cancel or reschedule, just message us, call us at 613-735-3111, or use your booking confirmation
-> We are ALWAYS happy to move your appointment — just give us enough notice! 🙏
