Chéla Breckon: Business development expert and CEO. She is on a mission to help small town women uncover and unlock their value.

While in university, Chéla dove into business school head first and began her studies in Economics and Strategy. Economics wasn’t for everyone, but Chéla loved how the big picture concepts she was learning about fit right into the build-out of her first corporation at age 20. She later had the chance to work with organizations and communities to help them elevate their leadership beyond the status quo.

Chéla has developed an ecosystem model designed to advance the status of women in smaller communities. As she works with women directly, the community rises.

Kristin Leitch: Permanent makeup master and business owner. In 2016 she started a side project that was built on a mobile makeup service. This side business became incredibly successful, and she quickly became aware that this side business fulfilled a tremendous need in the area. Kristin then decided to add permanent makeup to her skills, which took the vision of her “side business” to a new level and HeLa Beauty and Medical was born. During her training to become an anesthesiologist assistant, Kristin discovered that additional support was needed for students who were seeking to build a career for themselves in this industry.

Kristin felt that pertinent information was being withheld by instructors and curriculums that was paramount to students' success and their journey after completing a new certification.
