Positive Aspiration AFTER Ultrasound

Aspiration (drawing back before injecting filler) in high risk areas of the face is a non-negotiable for safe practice even with handheld ultrasound. As a client you may feel us anchor in one area and be still before injecting.

This flash back means the tip of the needle was within a vessel, had product been injected, this could have led to a vascular occlusion and severe adverse event.
