Thank you to everyone who has popped into today so far. Means more than you know!

OPEN TODAY
Thank you so much to everyone who checked in and sent love. We are ok. Still shaken and upset but grateful we were able to recover some items but alas not all was recovered including the cash from our till and donations for our recent fundraising efforts for Big Brothers and Big Sisters. We are opening today but we will have to be card only.

Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who reached out. Being a small business owner is not easy and over the last two years alone we have been dealing with more challenges than I ever imagined due to just a handful of individuals. We have seen the ugliest part of people but in the same space we have seen the most beautiful parts and felt the love from a community we truly love. I want to thank each one of you for cheering for us, for being the light in the darkest of days. It is because of you The Pulse Nutrition remains my favourite place. You bring the light. You make all the hard worth it.

We donate thousands of dollars accumulative a year as well as hydration stations as a donation and gift cards to countless community events big and small, donate our time to give back to community organizations through mentoring to various organizations like Terry Fox Foundation, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Georgian Bay Cancer Support Centre, Sober Friends, Georgian Bay Hospital, SheLeads, Butter Trot, Pink Dinghy Poker Run and many more.

Additionally, we strive to offer opportunities to local artists to offer classes at our spaces. Try to help other local businesses to get the word out about them.

We are constantly working toward new ways to give back to our community! Would be an honour to be recognized in this area.
