Wow… 2022. What an amazing year for The Wave. My first full year at my own location, a new service, a new technician

What is it?
👉🏽 Permanent jewelry is a dainty piece of chain (either silver or gold) that is fitted to you and permanently welded closed around your body. They can be done as bracelets, necklaces or anklets. It is in no way pierced or tattooed, it’s just jewelry that is closed permanently. You can also add charms or little pendants

Does it hurt?
👉🏽 There is virtually no risk or pain factor involved with this service. It is not attached to your skin, just welded shut around your body. The chains are also so dainty and fine, you will hardly notice them there day-to-day

What about metal detectors & MRIs?
👉🏽 You can actually wear these through airport security, so no worries there. You do not have to remove jewelry this small. For some medical services, such as MRIs or some surgeries, you may need to cut the chain off, but if you cut it at the weld, it can be re-welded on at a later date

How long does it last?
👉🏽 You can expect up to 5 years out of your piece. Because we use gold filled chain or sterling silver, it will never tarnish. But you may remove your piece at any time with scissors or wire cutters, and if cut at the welding point, you can get it re-welded on at another time

A year ago, I signed a lease, put my first and last months rent down, and began painting and decorating this little shop that is now my work home. I could have never predicted this outcome.

Opening a location for my business when I did was a huge gamble after just coming out of a third lockdown with the possibility of even more. But every single one of my clients helped make this year what it was… an amazing success.

A COUPLE UPDATES

👉🏽 I am not currently taking new clients for lash extensions, or powder brows, but my bookings are open to anyone for spray tans & brow waxing. I am taking client for 1 time fill sets for events such as weddings, proms, etc, just no clients for fills every 2 weeks.

👉🏽 I book about 2-3 weeks in advance so please book your appointments ahead to avoid disappointment. I recommend 2-3 fills in advance if you know your schedule

👉🏽 I’m a lot more active on Instagram and post daily there, so that’s the best place to learn about my services & book with me!

Isolation is the KEY to a healthy and safe set of eyelash extensions

This isolated lash is a great example of how, when applied properly, lash extensions do not disrupt the natural lash growth cycle. The lashes grow how they normally would.
