Finally received an actual diagnosis for my voice issues that have been going on for the last 2yrs, if you’re a regular client of mine you will know how frustrating this has been for me, especially this last year.
I have something called vocal cord paralysis where only one of my vocal cords work now. As it’s now been over 2yrs since I first started experiencing this and no diagnosis was given before, my only option now is surgery.
This post is to just let my clients know that I may need to have silent sessions and will be taking time off for my surgery and recovery.
If anyone has had this before I would love to pick your brains about this so please reach out!!

****NEW LOCATION UPDATE*****
You may have seen on our social media that we’ll be moving to a new location in January!
This was not an easy decision to make, but it is one we feel is best for the future of our business.
We’re downsizing and going back to basics, focusing on what we do best and what we love most.
Our new space will be home to just Jenny and I, with our wonderful piercer Wina from continuing to join us for regular guest spots twice a month - more dates to be added soon!

All of the other amazing business owners currently in our Westminster location will be moving into their own new homes from January. Please be sure to follow them on social media to stay up to date with their next chapters. We’re so excited for them all! 🤩
While we’ll no longer operate as a “one-stop shop,” we’re truly excited to step into this new normal and can’t wait to welcome you into our new space at 130–564 Main Street.
Please note: All appointments booked from January 1st onward will take place at this new location.
In our new space, we’ll be placing a strong focus on our jewellery brand, .of.lyon and to support this growth, I will be servicing a little less so please be patient with bookings for the time being!
will be able to dedicate more time to tattooing and will be available for more walk-ins, with Thursdays as her late night and Saturdays!
Online bookings will remain available for both of us as usual.
We’d like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank every single client who supported us at our Westminster location. The past three years have taught us so much, and we are incredibly grateful for all the love and support we’ve received along the way.
