Current mood: trying to balance work, life, appointments, laundry, dishes, texts, and drinking enough water all at the same time 😅

If nobody has told you lately — you’re allowed to slow down a little. Life gets busy, and sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is take a break, book the appointment, go for the coffee date, or spend the evening doing absolutely nothing.

Just a little reminder that I will be away from June 14–30 hiking the West Coast Trail 🌲🥾✨

During this time I will not have cell service, so messages, calls, and DMs will be returned once I’m home and back in service. Online booking will still be available if you’d like to book appointments while I’m away 🤍
