Soursop leaves have been used in Caribbean tradition for generations, known for their calming properties, anti inflammatory support, immune support, and rest.
It is also being researched for its potential cancer fighting properties, something our elders understood in their own way.
Growing up in rural Jamaica, this was never a wellness trend. It was just life.
As a regular practice, I would go to the side of the house, pick the leaves, and make the tea. It was just part of everyday life.
Now, decades later, full circle. Soursop leaf tea is still part of my weekly rhythm. Still doing what it has always done.

It's been quiet here, but it hasn't been quiet behind the scenes.
I've been deep in the work. Formulating, testing, refining, building something I'm genuinely proud of.
Earth & Bark started the way most meaningful things do, not as a business, but as a calling. Growing up in rural Jamaica, herbs were just life. They were how we healed. That knowledge never left me.
Now, I'm channeling it into something I can share with you.

I was raised in rural Jamaica, where life was simple, communal, and deeply connected to the land.
Herbs and plants weren’t trends; they were a way of life.
Care was shared, and we understood that the earth provided all we needed.
Years later, raising my family in Canada, I felt called back to that way of knowing - back to intention, tradition, and plant-powered care.
