You never know what can happen when you enter a contest… you win some, you lose some. 💛

✨ What is intentional toning?
It’s the art of using a toner on purpose not just to “fix” unwanted brass, but to customize your color.

One of the biggest mistakes I see is people aggressively shampooing their ends.
Your shampoo’s job is to cleanse your scalp because that’s where oil, sweat, buildup and dead skin collect. Your ends don’t produce oil—they’re the oldest and most fragile part of your hair.
Massage your shampoo into your scalp for 60–90 seconds and let the lather cleanse the lengths as you rinse. It’s a small change that can make a big difference in maintaining softness, shine and reducing unnecessary dryness.
The only time I intentionally shampoo the lengths is when there’s visible buildup from heavy styling products, oils, chlorine or after a particularly dirty day.

No secrets! Here’s the list 🤍
✨ I increased my washing schedule to 3–4 times a week (instead of once a week).
✨ I use Kérastase Première Decalcifying Treatment once a week to remove hard water buildup. I pair it with the Première Shampoo and Mask, then alternate with Chronologiste Shampoo and Mask.
✨ Having two shampoos in the shower is key. 🔑
✨ Scalp serum is non-negotiable. I’ve been loving Redken Growful Spray Serum for its anti-inflammatory benefits and pairing it with Genesis to help reduce hair fall.
✨ Chronologiste Night Serum for overnight repair and hydration, plus heat protection for my next morning’s touch-up.
✨ Silk pillowcases.
✨ Always blow-drying my scalp after washing.
✨ Vitamins B and D. 🤍
✨ Using UV protection like Blond Guard, Kérastase Soleil, or Redken One United.
✨ Washing my brushes and ball caps regularly.
