Summerween meets fox hair for first ever colour 🖤🦊

My lovely friend brought her son in for his first ever hair colour! We decided on fun black chunky lowlights that look soooo sick with his natural red hair! Also created an undercut vibe 🖤 the coolest kid in class now for sure! 😎 thank you so much Mika and Holden! 🖤

Vivid creation loading time? It varies you could say 🌈😅

It could be 4 hours... 6 hours.... 8 hours?! It depends project to project, person to person, and quite honestly I have an idea how long it may take, but it very well could change once we're in the thick of the appointment! It's worth it every time 💖

Extensions ain't just for length! 🌈

Extensions are an amazing way to add pops of colour that either your hair can't achieve easily, or if you simply don't want to put your hair through multiple processes to achieve your goal colour! This lovely avoids lightening her hair when possible, but wanted to add some pops of pink, so I suggested custom coloured K-tips!

K-tips are one of my favorite extension methods ever, they are the least maintenance involved, can be cut to match and blend with your own hairs density, and you can easily put your hair up without tension! You DO, however, need to do these things;

✨️Blowdry your hair everytime you wash or get it wet. Extensions are not like our hair that grows from our heads, though it is real human hair; they tangle much easier and require care to prevent tangles, or moisture issues such as mildew. This is a non negotiable and is Mandatory to keep your extensions and hair healthy!

✨️Brush your hair bottom up with the brush vertically with a wet/extension brush. This is the best to prevent tangles

✨️Sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. Extensions need to be babied and taken care of with gentle cleansers.

✨️leave in oils and conditioners, these will keep your extensions feeling soft and lovely, but do avoid putting them at the root! This can caus3 slipping, ends only 🖤

✨️Have your k tips taken out after 3 months. This is important because as your hair grows, it sheds: with extensuons, these hairs get trapped in the bonds, and the longer your regrowth is the more prone it is to tangling up as well. It's to prevent any damage to your actual hair! K tips can not be reused, so new ones are needed every install.
