Kouture Hair Studio and Beauty Spa

Cancellation/No Show Policy

At Kouture hair studio & spa we reserve time especially for you. We ask for at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This way our stylist can adjust their schedules and we may be able to accommodate a client on our waiting list. We do, of course understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you if you have an emergency etc. If we do not receive notice of a cancellation this will be considered a “no show” therefore we will require a deposit to make another appointment. We will require a deposit of $50 for your next appointment, the deposit will go towards the balance of your services. If you “no show” for this appointment you will not get this deposit back. After 3 “no shows” you will no longer be able to book any services at our salon and spa.
