Covid Contingency Plan -
As the continued health and well being of client’s and our families take priority during this time, there will be updates on actions taken to safely operate my mobile studio and kit. If any person has felt unwell, you, I, or anyone in our households, we must reschedule at a later date. Also if you or anyone in your household has traveled in the last 2 weeks, we must resc
hedule. If all is well, we will move forward with our appointment! I will wear a 3 ply mask at all times, and a face shield while applying your makeup! Clients must wear a mask before and after appointments, only removing your mask when makeup is being applied. Work will be performed in outdoor spaces whenever possible. Weather not permitting, we will be inside. At my home studio, the ventilation system is maintained according to manufacturer’s instructions, and has been adjusted to increase the amount of fresh air and reduce recirculation. Windows will be opened weather permitting. Appointments are one on one, no one else is permitted within 6ft of us while working. Station, kit and seat will be sanitized before and between each client. I also have sanitizing regulations for myself while working. I keep track of contact information for customers/clients and visitors to provide to the public health unit in the event that I or any clients contract COVID-19. All contact records are kept for a minimum of one month. Contactless payment is encouraged whenever possible. I will always employ a long term outlook, my reputation and relationships with new and existing clients will always supersede any short term benefits of working in an unsafe environment. If our appointment is booked to be performed in your home, screening of clients is done before visiting the home. All people in the home/ that will be at the appointment must screen. All individuals in the home are required to wear a mask during the visit, unless they are not able to wear one because of an accommodation. I will have 3 ply medical masks available to give to clients if needed. I ask my clients to optimize home ventilation where feasible, such as by meeting outdoors if possible, opening a window prior to and during the home visit if safe and weather permits, running exhaust fans that vent outdoors from the bathroom and/or kitchen, etc. I will limit the number of different homes visited where possible, to reduce the number of interactions with different individuals. Making you feel beautiful and powerful has always been my #1 priority, now; the priority is our health and the health of our families. The good news is I can still continue to make you feel extra special for any event! We will just be extra safe about it!
