Ok Peterborough, I will be doing a guided meditation night at my house. All are welcome and it is pay what you can.
We will start off with an in depth breathing exercise to relax and get your body ready for a guided meditation into yourself. This will teach you how to on your own relax your mind. Afterwards we can have a discussion regarding what your experience was like and answer any questions you might have.
