You know what I love? When a client says “I don’t think the laser is doing anything…” and then I pull out their progress photos. 😏✨

Laser tattoo removal is a slow, gradual process, so it can be really difficult to notice the changes when you’re looking at your tattoo every day. That’s why progress photos are SO important. 📸

When we compare where we started to where we are now you can actually see just how much the tattoo has faded, broken down and changed over time.

Consistency is key. Your body needs time between treatments to naturally flush out the ink particles that have been broken down by the laser. More treatments don’t necessarily mean faster results, giving your skin and immune system the appropriate time to heal and process the ink is an important part of the removal process.

Every tattoo is different and everybody responds differently. The number of sessions you’ll need depends on factors like the tattoo’s size, colour, ink density, location, age, layering, skin type and how your individual body responds to treatment.

So if you’re feeling discouraged because you can’t see a huge difference yet…trust the process and take the photos (because sometimes I forget to 🤷🏽‍♀️) 🤍
