Vulnerable Post - 😳 I’m sharing this with extreme discomfort, but I need to be transparent in my journey and hope it helps anyone who may struggle too. Menopause hit me hard, no diet, or exercise helped. I developed extra weight, cellulite and loose skin in less than 6 months. Hormones ugh 🤪 It killed my self esteem, I had never had this problem. I became a body sculpting technician and started working on myself and in a few sessions on my trouble areas this is the result. The first photo is taken in April when I opened West Coast Glow Aesthetics at The Cove, the second was taken tonight a few months later. I’m amazed at my results! ☺️ Thinking about body sculpting?
