I'm not a medical professional.. and let me be clear, medication has its place. Its a very important part of the care cycle for all of us, but we need to be focusing on the person as a whole and not just a symptom.
For me eczema is a layered beast..
It needed reduced exposure to irritants found in majority of skincare and household products.
It needed gut and digestion support.
It needed stress relief from constant fight or flight.
It also needed support from a naturopath.

Sudz was created from a love of cozy routines, slow moments, and products that make everyday life feel a little more special.
What started as handmade soaps for my sensitive skin turned into a growing collection of self-care essentials designed to feel good, look beautiful, and fit into real life - from shower rituals to hair care and everything in between.
At Sudz, we believe self-care doesn’t have to be complicated or perfect. It can be as simple as your favourite smell after a long day, a hair oiling night, or a quiet morning coffee before the world wakes up.
Everything is thoughtfully made in small batches with ingredients we love, products we actually use, and a whole lot of heart.
