🤔 How does it work?

As patients self-manage their own appointment changes through their account, our upgraded wait list continuously monitors. Matching patient requests will automatically receive notifications, giving you more opportunities to book.
☝🏼While offered as first come/first serve, these openings are held in priority for 4 hours until booked and released to the live calendar if left unselected.

💡 Pro Tip:
Increase your chances by submitting multiple wait list requests for different treatment types and appointment durations (for example: 30, 45, 60, or 90min or Indie Head, Skin Nourishment, Scalpology). The more flexibility you have, the broader your range of potential booking opportunities.

Our Cancellation/Wait List is not therapist-specific. While the system may allow selection of a preferred RMT when creating a request, this program is monitored to maintain clinic standards for greater accessibly for those in need of care.

📊 It’s been an interesting week in social media analytics. Here’s a little Monday reflection.

✅ Our regular posts featuring staff highlights, educational information about the benefits of massage therapy, and the occasional retail feature typically generate a respectable number of views. Whether the captions are read or not, informative content reaches a patient specific demographic.

🫪 Then last week happened.

🐳A humorous yet concerned post about what appeared to be a stolen wreath (which thankfully turned out not to be stolen at all) generated nearly three times the engagement of anything related to our actual business. The follow-up retraction post did the same!

🥸 Apparently educational content, wellness information, and professional updates simply can’t compete with a little mystery, outrage, and public speculation.

🤓 It seems social media may suffer from a mild case of Jerry Springer Syndrome.

🤔 So now we're left wondering: is this disappointing ... or are we onto something?
