I received a call from a new client regarding dissolving lip filler after having the procedure at clinic out of country. During the call, a few things prompted me to bring this client in immediately.
Post filler- worsening pain, deep purple and blue bruises, tenderness and extreme firmness to the lips, heaviness in the lips and the amount of filler injected.
Upon assessment, the lips were very firm and tender, the shape was distorted and the blood flow was clearly compromised. We dissolved immediately and the pressure and pain decreased over the next few days.
Upon reassessment, the lip tissue was back to normal and everything had resolved. We refilled the lips with a half syringe of soft filler shaping and filling the lips to match a smaller frame.

The results are natural and beautiful 💋
