Welcome, Shirin! 💙
Shirin has been a registered physiotherapist in BC since 2020. She earned her Physiotherapy degree from McMaster University in 2019 and previously completed a PhD in Human Motor Control at Western University, where she focused on the science of movement and neuromuscular function. Her clinical expertise includes Concussion Management, Neurokinetic Therapy (Level I), and Soft Tissue Release. She has also completed The Nervous System Certification Course, a leading program designed for healthcare professionals seeking to help clients regulate their nervous systems more effectively.
Beyond her professional work, Shirin has practiced Karate for almost 30 years and is an International Canadian official, combining her passion for movement with high-level discipline and leadership in sport. Her diverse experience allows her to integrate knowledge from clinical, academic, and athletic domains to support her clients’ full potential in recovery and performance!
