Looking for Hair Stylist to join a professional team.

Job description:

-Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair.

-Analyze hair and scalp condition and provide basic treatment or advice on beauty care treatments for scalp and hair.

-Clean and style wigs and hair pieces.

-Apply hair extensions.

-May shampoo and rinse hair.

-May perform receptionist duties and order supplies.

-May train or supervise other hairstylists, hairstylist apprentices and helpers.

-Barbering

-Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences.

-Shave and trim beards and moustaches.

-May shampoo hair and provide other hair treatment, such as waving, straightening and tinting and may also provide scalp conditioning massages.

-May book appointments.

-Excellent multitasker.

-Must have a passion for excellent customer service and relations

-Must be in compliance with the standard operating procedures and sanitizing practices associated with the job

Welcome back ! On June 05th we will be reopening our salon ... YAY ! We have been busy with the new regulations in how to operate our salon for our clients and staff’s
health and safety .

To maintain social distancing we will have only one stylist working at one time with one client - Roy will be working on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - Jon ,Thursday, Friday , Saturday and Sunday and Lisa at Reflections Friday ,Saturday and Sunday .

We will be re-booking all clients that had previously booked appointments from Mar19 forward first . Then we will book all those on our lists in order of -text -messenger -email and calls. We ask for your patience as our new mandatory regulations only allow us to work on one client at one time (no double booking). That said it will take time to accommodate ALL of our valued clients .

The new regulations require you to be asked if you have had any symptoms when booking your appt. and again when you arrive if so you will have to be rebooked -you must arrive with clean washed and dried hair -you must have a mask on before entering if not we will provide you with one at a minimal cost - you must wait in your vehicle until we wave you in -you must arrive on time or you will be rebooked . We have strict conditions on sanitizing the salon before every client which takes time thus the importance for you to arrive on time.

Our prices have been adjusted to reflect the many new costs of operating our business ... its been some time since we had an increase . Also our prices do include the HST !

We will be in the salon on June 3rd and 4th to greet your calls and any questions you have and make sure you are on our list .

As we travel though uncharted waters we hope in the coming days the regulations will be lifted .


Our Association and government have been working very hard to get us to where we are today and hopefully if we keep smashing the curve we will back to our regular full tilt before long . Thanks to all and God Bless
