These are 6 weeks of growth + damage caused from using the nails to pick, pry, and open things. Unfortunately, when product is forcefully lifted or broken off, it can also take layers of the natural nail with it, which means starting the healthy nail journey all over again.

The good news? With proper maintenance and care, healthy natural nails are always possible ✨

Regular fills every 2–3 weeks are so important to:
• maintain structure & balance
• prevent lifting and breakage
• protect the natural nail underneath
• keep your nails looking fresh & healthy
