FYI, PCSP parking ban is in effect. PLEASE park IN my driveway, not on the side of the road. I will have space in front of my vehicle (blue truck) to park in case you arrive before my prior client has left.

This is mainly important and enforced when there is a large amount of snow on the ground and the town will be out clearing the roads, BUT to be safe, I'd recommend you avoid parking on the side of the road regardless. You could get ticketed and even towed.

Hello all!

It's that time of year again, heading into my busiest season!

I'm currently not accepting new clients. I will most likely open to new clients in the new year, keep an eye out for updates and promotions!

It's also the time where I put out my gentle warning to current clients concerning changing appointments going forward. This time of year it is more important than ever to give me as much notice as possible if you need to make any changes to upcoming appointments.

As usual, I cannot accommodate changes to appointments that are booked the week leading up to Christmas. Not only is my schedule busy, but so is everyone else's and I don't have the flexibility nor the time to try and switch appointments around. Please know that this is VERY hard for me to do as I pride myself in being as accommodating as possible but unfortunately during that week my hands are tied.

Dear clients,

Hope you all had a great summer! As we head into fall, I have some reminders I'd like to pass along as well as an update on my payment policy.

Masks are still required for ALL appointments! While I'm hopeful that there will be a time in the future where I can drop this policy, I will continue to keep everyone's safety and health a priority, especially as we head into another flu season. Please bring your own mask to your appointment. I have masks available if needed, but in limited quantities.

Late cancelations and no shows have become more frequent in the last few months. A reminder that I do have a 48 hour cancelation requirement. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, the more notice I'm given the better chance I have to get you rebooked in a timely manner. I also have a cancelation list and want to be able to offer appointment times to those waiting for an opening with sufficient notce. When I send your booking confirmation, I encourage you to add the date and time of your appointment to your personal calendar. Also when you receive my 48 hour confirmation text, please respond so I know that you'll be there.

If you are running late, let me know! Depending on my schedule I may need to reschedule, or simply give the client following your appointment a heads up that I'm running a few minutes behind.

The holiday season is fast approaching. I am now looking ahead and booking right up into the New Year. I will be asking clients to pre-book their next few appointments if they're able to. Everyone wants fresh lashes and nails for Santa! 😉

If choosing to pay by EMT, payments will now be required BEFORE your appointment time. It is becoming an issue keeping track of the payments that have come in and those that haven't. While I don't mind having to send the scattered reminder, it's a challenge to keep ahead of. I have a note which includes my email address added to my 48 hour confirmation text, so if you'd like to send it then you are welcome to.
