Hi all!!!! My share for the day!

I just had an interesting little convo with a friend about hypnotherapy for low self esteem body image as well as anxiety..... I told her I didn't want to be sale-sy haha but wanted to share how much hypnotherapy has changed my life in that area. She ended up getting excited and booking, especially after I told her I will always work within a person's budget. Money shouldn't stop you.... I will always find a way. I offer free and discounted sessions ALL the time. No judgement, confidential. Just come see me. All I expect is that my time and effort is respected. 💝💝💝

I have tried so many things my WHOLE LIFE, from every diet you can think of (omg the tears are already rolling out of me) to exercising til I was in pain to weight loss surgery.... everything, seriously. All it has ever boiled down to is not feeling good enough..... where that came from.... many places, beliefs, people!!! Soooo, I have never kept weight off, even the large amounts I've lost. I have always felt this insane pressure to lose weight..... I still do in ways, although now I have skills, understanding, healing and empowerment to just be me. I now understand I am enough just the way I am. Who loves me, loves me for me and if my physical appearance doesn't work for anyone, they're always welcome to go. Period.

Hypnotherapy is a light, relaxed state of hypnosis where you're open to new, beneficial suggestions. I can cater those suggestions to anything you'd like help with, ways you'd like to feel, etc. The subconscious is where all the beliefs are.... re-programming them is amazingly life changing. Anxiety over whatever, even just everything.... your body, addictions, fears, libido, physical issues..... on and on and on!!!!!!! I have clients who cannot believe their results and very minimal that don't get anything much from it. Especially if you use it somewhat regularly (weekly, monthly, every 3 or 6 mths etc). Life changing!! Side note, I still highly recommend actual therapy too!!!!

I was actually going to run my BODIES program, all about self love, self esteem and re-wiring your brain to love yourself here in April but in all honesty, it felt too rushed and I have postponed. It will be starting in May sometime instead. Highly recommend if you're just so tired of the pressure of not feeling good enough in any way at all, not just physically.💓

YOU ARE ENOUGH.

Hi all!!!!! Good morning!

Ok seriously, I cannot believe January ends today!!!!!! New Years feels like 6 years ago yet the month somehow just happened?!?!?! 😮

Time is... 🤔 haha

Today is (supposed to be) the last day of my hypnotherapy sale!!! I have done so many AND I have requests and appointments leading up to the 7th as I couldn't get everyone in this month! SO AWESOME!!!!!!! Sale will now end February 7th!! 😍
