A very part-time soap maker that sometimes has handmade, cold-process soap to share with the world.

SOLD OUT. Thanks!

Vanilla Velvet

This is a new experiment for me. Activated charcoal and a warm vanilla profile make this one feel more luxurious than it looks. While it isn’t particularly pretty it has all the purifying properties that charcoal filtering brings.

$7/bar

Lavender Lemon

Spring florals with a citrus tang. A classic with all the creamy, bubbly lather.

Still $7/ bar, I’m doing my best to keep costs down.

Candy Cane

Pure peppermint and a lovely lather. Christmas bliss!

Thieves!

This blend has properties that are thought to keep illness at bay. I just think it smells amazing. Same lovely lather as always. The styling is a bit suspect, but when isn’t it with me?

December is around the corner!

Is it art or is it bacon? I grabbed one that looks a little like a save (to me) and one of the majority that straight up reminds me of bacon…

It’s always an adventure when I make soap. I’m glad this scent profile is so popular. I know my friends will snap these up, even though they’re ugly!

Update:

Woodlands and Creamsicle are SOLD OUT. Thanks!

Wow. It’s been a minute! Yes the labels are new, no imposters, it’s still me. All my labels were deleted for a second time, so I moved on to designing my own. I’m not a whiz at this but I hope they’re ok.
I’ve been plagued by lack of time and a plethora of excuses. It’s great being in control of something because I can do what I want, when I feel motivated. This is the first time ever that I forgot to photograph soap in a big pile. I’m a little sad about this. But here is my available stock.

Woodlands - pine, cedar with a hint of Ylang Ylang, the forest is calling
Orange Creamsicle- subtle orange suds to brighten your day
Daydream- lavender and clary sage for a calm spa like experience

All still $7!

I’m crazy, this soap thing is expensive!

If you think it’s been an age since I’ve posted a sneak peek you are correct. My soap kitchen has been in shambles, but yesterday I got a chance to make some new soap. From left to right: Lavender and Clary Sage ( white, blue, purple), Pine and Cedar with a hint of Ylang Ylang (white and green), and Orange (I bet you can guess the colour of this one).

Inspiration needed!
What are your favourite smells? I only make soaps using non-synthetic, essential oils. I don’t use fragrance oils, so many popular sniffs are beyond my scope. Including coconut. Beileve it or not, all my soaps do contain some coconut oil but the coconut smells we are used to are all synthetic. However, I’m curious, what are you drawn to? What scents do you love?
