Super proud of this bridal hair that I did on Saturday for sweet Lynsey! I dont usually highlight hair as makeup is my profession and passion, but man, this hair was SO good in person and she loved it!! Im not a professional at hair but I do love it and strive to get better and better. Im beyond glad I pulled this volumous fairytale hairstyle out for the bride!💞❤️💞

A midnight post because she's fire. She breaths life into these always nervous NJB bones!! I still get into my head (way in) after all this time thinking I'm nothing, that I cant create let alone have clients coming!
I then come across this hair and makeup and think, wow, I really captured her essence, her beauty, in a unique way that she ended up loving. I really quite like this look...she's stunning in my opinion!
And I feel fueled again.
So why do I put myself through so much grief of this up and down cycle of torment and joy?!

I thoroughly enjoyed doing this young women's makeup. She was full of life and s***k, intelligent and so loving towards her aunt who was getting married. She let me give her this bronzy full glam and she killed it😍❤️

💛💛An Important Update💛💛

As of September 1st, 2026, I have decided to increase my rates. My first bride was in 2003 and I've grown and infinitely learned since then, eventually going to school to become a professional makeup artist.
Besides makeup, I give my clients a top skincare starter before I even begin with anything, exfoliating out and massaging in what needs to be done to have that ideal skin for makeup.
It is my pleasure to go above and beyond for my clients, and I hope/believe they'll understand my need to increase my rates as a reflection of what they're receiving in quality and experience, as well as the need to stay afloat (keeping that same high quality service) in this economy.
I am SO SO thankful to be serving people at their most precious moments in their lives, and as long as they'll allow, I pray to be having that brush in hand.

Having Mack win my contest months back was just perfect!! I had the crazy pleasure of doing her engagement photoshoot hair and makeup in July and I LOVED evvvvery second of getting her ready! From a full beat of makeup to the mooooost hair ive EVER worked with, I was in love. Not to mention, Mack is the literal funnest person to be around...fun, sweet, kind, fierce, and funny!! We had a blast❤️
