I have had nothing but problems with this company. I sent them my laser to repair, Jan 6th 2024, it is now May 28th 2024, they still don't have it fixed and no eta on when it will be fixed or returned. I have called and emailed them dozens and dozens of times, no one picks up the phone, all you can do is leave a message,1 out of 30 phone calls and emails is returned, at which point they tell me they know nothing, and will get back to me with details. Then they don't get back to you, then I get to spend weeks and weeks trying to get ahold of them again. I have never dealt with a business, in my 27 years of doing business, with a company that is so poorly organized and communicates with its clients as poorly as this company does. I could go on and on, do yourself a favor, CALL ANOTHER COMPANY, ANY COMPANY, JUST NOT THIS ONE.
