For the first time in the last 3½ years of talking, dreaming, and wanting to do an event together, Braids by Ash & Braids Over Fades are finally teaming up! 🥹 And the best part? We’re not here to compete — we’re here to lift each other up! 🙌🏽✨

This beautiful soul, Ash, invited me to braid alongside her today at the Williams Lake First Nation Competition Powwow, and I couldn’t be more grateful. ❤️

Not only are we getting the chance to work side-by-side as two Indigenous braiders lifting each other up, supporting one another and spreading beauty, but Ash is also helping me raise funds toward my Grandpa’s Headstone Potluck on September 5th. ❤️

We are ALL SET UP and ready to tackle this beautiful Friday! 🔥

The next couple weeks are BUSY with a birthday, powwow, bachelorette party, my Grandpa’s headstone potluck, another birthday, annnnnd back-to-school! 🎂🪶🎉📚

Because of this, I’ll be unavailable for home appointments until September 12th 😩❤️ If you already have a back-to-school braid appointment booked between now & then, don’t worry, your appointment is still good! I just won’t be able to take on any additional appointments during this time. 🥺
