Orange is such an uplifting scent - and using oranges in health were first discovered by the Chinese centuries ago and since have remained as a vital part of Chinese culture. Traditionally they used orange to support healthy digestion!

Did you know that Orange Essential Oil contains 85-95% limonene?
It has the highest level of d-limonene next to grapefruit oil!

🤓What is Limonene?
D-limonene is contained in the peels of citrus fruits such as grapefruit, tangerine and lemon and is used to make some medicines. You should take a moment and look into the the benefits of natural Limonene!

The simplest way to get the healthy components from Orange rind is to use Orange Essential Oil. Orange oil is always available and it is simple to use… its also a plus oil so you can even add a drop to your favorite meal, drink or water.

Now, here is another interesting fact about our Orange Essential Oil… it’s COLD PRESSED from the rinds of organic, ripe, fruits. It is not distilled from the plant.

This makes it unlike our steam distilled oils in that it can carry the larger molecules from the rind. SOO, if you are allergic to orange, you could very well have an allergic reaction to orange essential oil.

Cinnamon is loaded with powerful antioxidants, such as polyphenols. Antioxidants are a huge bolster to health since so much of our modern life can create oxidative stress in the body.

In a study that compared the antioxidant activity of 26 spices, cinnamon wound up as the clear winner, even outranking “superfoods” like garlic and oregano!

Antioxidants also help support the body’s response to inflammation, which plays a role in almost all chronic diseases.

Ahhhhh… Frankincense... It’s such an amazing essential oil with many historical and Biblical ties!

Frankincense essential oil has a very grounding and earthy aroma, and it’s one of the best oils for healthy skin support. So yes, that means it really is good for everyone who has skin!

Frankincense also comes in a Plus oil and is very supportive of multiple body systems such as the immune and respiratory systems!

💧Have you added a drop of Frankincense to your water?
Yep, I'm serious!

Now, it does take a little getting used, to. I put a drop of lemon and a drop of Frankincense in a large glass water bottle and sip. It is Oh SO GOOD and my mind is just CLEAR when I do this!

Frankincense essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the dry resin and is historically hard to get… it also contains sesquiterpenes, which are worth looking into if you want to find some fascinating benefits!
