There are many approaches to lymphatic drainage massage. The style I offer was developed by . Eve is a modern-day aromatherapy icon, having built an incredible legacy of clinical aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage and top-quality spa products.
This massage is a gentle, full-body, 1 hour long treatment that incorporates essential oils to enhance the benefits further. Areas of the body massaged are: legs, back, shoulders, neck, head, face, feet, arms and abdomen. The treatment uses gentle pressure to support movement of lymphatic fluid through the body, along with energetic reflex points (soles of the feet) and key drainage-supporting points near the clavicles and in the abdomen.
Clients typically report feeling very relaxed and, I witness a clear change in the face and physical expression of the body that supports this.
People come to see me for a variety of reasons such as stress relief, self-care, to help with inflammation, for post-surgery support, and more. I am grateful to support clients on their wellness journey in any capacity.
