At Transformation Day Spa, we value your time and our staff’s time. Recently, we have experienced an increase in no-shows, late cancellations, and clients arriving late to their appointments.

When a client arrives late or does not show, it can hold our staff back and cause delays for the clients booked after them.

⏰ LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, depending on the service and availability.

📅 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in your deposit being forfeited.

🚫 NO-SHOWS

If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us, your deposit will be non-refundable.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a larger deposit or full payment in advance for future appointments.

🤍 PLEASE REMEMBER

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When you don’t show up or arrive significantly late, that time could have been offered to another client.

We truly appreciate your understanding, patience, and respect for our team and our other clients.
