A little reminder going into the week: you don’t have to wait until you’re sore, stressed or completely burnt out to take care of yourself.

A walk, a stretch, a yoga class, an early night, or finally booking that massage you’ve been putting off all counts!

Core Yoga is back this September! 🩵

Choose the day that works best for you, Mondays or Wednesdays at 5:30pm, or join me for both each week!

This class combines gentle yoga, core work and Pilates inspired movement, with modifications offered throughout. All levels are welcome, so whether you’re getting back into movement or looking to add some strength and mobility into your week, you can work at your own pace.

Wednesday sessions run Sept 2 to Oct 7
Monday sessions run Sept 7 to Oct 5

$60 for one day per week
$100 for both Mondays and Wednesdays
