Got home at 4 am
Have torn my hamstring 😞 right now they say rest and physio and if improvement doesn’t occur I have to go for an MRI to make sure there is no rupture but the ER doc didn’t think I needed a surgical repair so that’s positive.

If I didn’t hobble like a little old lady before I sure as hell do now! UGH

As of right now there shouldn’t be any change in work schedule but some who are booked for next week I may ask to come over the weekend to lighten the day load

It’s been a day. 😊
The night looks to be even longer as I lay in emerg. I’m not dying but holy hell my leg hurts - I feel like my softball career might finally be over 😞
First game of the season, first bat of the season, brand new bat I won at the year end last year - made a lovely hit and ran to first but part way there something popped in the back of my leg and I hit the ground. A couple team mates carried me off the field and there I sat till the game was over.
Stephanie brought the truck down to the diamond and took me in to the ER and here I wait what sounds like the mandatory minimum 6 hours before being seen - sent Steph home when we found out how long the wait is 🤷‍♀️
I will contact clients booked for Friday in the morning once I know what’s happening :(
