Let's talk COVID-19.
I know we've all heard about this and you surely know that the nail industry along with many others have halted.
I just returned from overseas so today is day 1 of my mandatory self isolation. I can not and will not do nails for anyone during this time.
If you are booked this coming week expect for me to reach out to you within the next few days to rebook.
If your nails are due for a fill and you're looking more like you need a new set I will only be charging the regular fill price.
If you are tired of struggling with your 90 year old file you found in a drawer or purchased one from a store and it just isn't working I can leave you one outside my door for you to pickup! No charge!
Please reach out to me if you're struggling with the state of your current nails.

Attention valued clients: due to the crazy snow amounts and road conditions currently please don't feel the need to brave the elements for those fingers if you do not feel comfortable doing so. I completely understand that we have no control over this influx of snow and would rather rebook your appointment to a better day! Please text or pm me if you would like to change dates.

⚠ SASS POLICIES️⚠️

💅Late Clients💅
I book clients according to service being provided and to give myself the time to clean my work area and be setup and ready for the next.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late I am not able to provide service and will have to re-book.
In this case I will have to treat the appointment as a no show and a $25 charge will be added to the next service.

💅No Shows💅
When a client does not show for their scheduled appointment I have no ability to fill that spot with another.
If you would like another appointment after having done a 'No show' I request $25 added to the next appointment and will require a $25 non refundable deposit prior to any further bookings. That is $50 to be paid in full before I will schedule again, however $25 of that will go towards the cost of the appointment.

💅Cancellation Policy💅
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation or to change appointment times or days. This allows me enough time to fill the spot that will now be open for others.
Any less than 24 hours notice I will have to add $25 to the next service.

I truly hate having to be so harsh. I am human and fully understand that things happen.
However I have been far too lenient and am tiered of the lack of respect I sometimes feel when I am here to provide a service that has been agreed upon.
Although I love what I do, it is not just my hobby! I have bills to pay and a family to help provide for.
I spend a foolish amount of money on all the newest and latest nail items that are out there so my clients can truly have anything they would like.
When I am set up and ready for my client who is late it is not fair for the next client who now has to wait and in turn puts me behind for the rest of my day.
When a client doesn't show for their appointment I am left with a gap in my day and a loss of income for that service that I cannot possibly offer to someone else who values my time and would have been in my chair had that time slot been available with more notice.
By no means will these charges I must put in effect cover my losses, but it will help ease the financial cost that I have allowed to rest solely on my shoulders.
Thank you for reading and hopefully understanding why I am forced to put this policy into effect. It was a hard choice and a long time coming.

I offer evening appointments and are first come first! So don't wait to book or you may not get in when you would like😉
Due to how busy I am these days I have decided to put into place a 'No Show' and '24 Hour' canceling policy.
This is my job and how I make a living and my time is important for providing for my family.
Thank you for understanding and I look forward to many more years of fabulous nails and lovely ladies that I get the pure joy of meeting❤
