A little update on bookings + policies 🤍

As many of you know, I’ve recently reduced my hours behind the chair, which means my availability is a lot more limited than it used to be. I’m so grateful for how busy you all keep me, but it also means that missed appointments have a much bigger impact than before.

I completely understand that life happens, and there will always be situations where things are out of your control. I will always approach those with understanding on a case-by-case basis.

That said, to keep things running smoothly and to be fair to clients on my waitlist:

• All colour appointments will require a deposit to book
• Missed haircut appointments will be subject to a 50% service fee

This helps ensure that the time set aside for you is respected, and gives me the opportunity to offer that time to someone else if needed.
