Blessings to Bloom Wellness

I’m a teacher, counsellor, and florist with farm roots. For a long time, I lived in high performance and constant doing. Working with flowers taught me something different. There’s value in slowing down, creating with my hands, and letting beauty be enough.
Now my work is about supporting emotional wellbeing and nervous system health through creativity, floral design, and community. When we pause and express what’s alive within us, it becomes a blessing with a ripple effect far beyond ourselves.
