Such a beautiful way to close out the ReCONNECT with the City of Red Deer.
My final session today was a Mindful Movement class with Jamie Desjardins, and it was absolutely incredible, my body feels amazing, my mind feels calm, and I’m leaving with so much balance.
Thank you to everyone who came out (new friends and old friends alike). I’m genuinely grateful for every person who helped make these sessions so special. I hope you all felt the same sense of connection, care, and community.
I’m thankful for the opportunity to bring culture + movement through Cree Classic.

✨ SESSION 6 OUR FINAL RECONNECT SESSION ✨
It’s hard to believe we’re already at our last session of the Reconnect journey!
For Session 6, we’re coming together for Mindful Movement with Jamie Desjardins from Little Lights Yoga
This will be a very beginner friendly movement session no experience needed and everyone is welcome! Supplies will be provided, so just bring yourself and wear something comfy.

This session is extra special to me because it marks the end of something that has brought so many wonderful people together through culture, creativity, connection, sessions and circles.
A huge thank you to everyone who has come out, shared space, created, laughed, learned and connected with me throughout this journey.
Thank you to the City of Red Deer for the Reconnect for supporting this vision and making these gatherings possible.
And thank you to all the friends I’ve made, the new faces I’ve met, and everyone who has shown support along the way. Your kindness and encouragement have meant so much to me.
I love Red Deer, and I’ve loved having the opportunity to work with and connect with the people of this community. This has been an amazing journey, and I’m so grateful for every person who has been a part of it.

Cree Classic Reconnect Red Deer Session 5!
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and helped us create another incredible Classic Reconnect Red Deer session!
Session 5 took us to the YMCA, where we had so much fun playing pretty much every sport possible! 🏀🏐⚽️🏓 There were lots of laughs, great energy, giveaways, and so many happy faces. It was amazing to see everyone getting involved, having fun, and reconnecting with one another.
We truly appreciate every single person who came out. It was so good spending time together and creating these memories as a community.
A very special thank you to the City of Red Deer for allowing us to put on such an incredible event and for supporting opportunities that bring our community together.
And… keep your eyes open for our FINAL session next week!

We’re getting together again, Red Deer! ❤️
I’m so grateful for the opportunity to bring our community together!!! We’re now at Session #5, and this one is all about getting active, meeting new people, and having some fun!
