As the weather gets cooler our skin needs different TLC! Don't forget to pick up your switch up of products from your favorite medical spa!

Many people struggle with this concept. It can be as simple or complicated as you make it.

I think many of us feel we need time to do self care but sometimes it's just setting boundaries with others or yourself and sticking to them.

It looks different for everybody but it's something everybody needs.

Take time for you. Listen to your body. Enjoy little things.

Anyone else excited that pedicure season is in full swing?! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

My mom, grandma and I go for pedicures during the summer at least a couple times as a treat and a little girl time. It's great and everyone should do it.

I'm hoping to convince my husband it would be a nice date night idea too but he always falls asleep when I do his pedi at home 🤣

Stay safe out there friends. Drink your water and stay in the shade if you're outside!
