π Flashback Friday at AIM!
A little trip down memory lane!
The classrooms, equipment, and faces may change over the years, but one thing has always stayed the same at AIM: our love for hands-on learning!
For over 35 years, we've had the privilege of watching students learn new skills, build confidence, and work toward careers they're passionate about.
And we love looking back at the memories made along the way! π

π Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at AIM! π§‘
Even Jeffrey is getting into the Thanksgiving spirit!
This Thanksgiving, we're feeling especially grateful for the wonderful students who fill our classrooms, the instructors who share their knowledge and passion, and the incredible community that continues to support us.
It's the people who make AIM such a special place, and we're thankful for every one of you.
Wishing you and your families a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with warmth, laughter, and time with those who matter most. π
With gratitude,
The AIM Team (and Jeffrey, of course! π)

π¨ First Aid training took an unexpected turn...
Jeffrey decided it was time to brush up on his CPR skills!
His technique? Questionable.
His enthusiasm? Through the roof.
His bedside manner? Still needs work. ππ
We appreciate the effort, Jeffrey!
Just another day at AIM. π

π First Aid... with a little creativity! π¨
Who says learning about medical emergencies can't include a little fun?
Our students were putting their First Aid knowledge to the test today with a game of Pictionary!
From recognizing medical emergencies to knowing how to respond, First Aid is an important part of preparing for a career in massage therapy.
And sometimes, a little laughter and friendly competition can make those lessons even more memorable! π
Just another day of learning at AIM!

What does learning massage therapy actually look like? π
Itβs definitely not just sitting at a desk with a textbook.
At AIM, students learn the theory β and then get the opportunity to put it into practice with their instructors right there to demonstrate, guide, answer questions and help them build confidence in what theyβre doing.
Because sometimes you can read about a technique ten times... and then having someone show you where your hands need to be makes it finally click. π
That combination of classroom learning and hands-on practice is a big part of the AIM experience.
Learn it. See it. Practice it. Build on it.

Flashback Friday π£
Anatomy class at AIM has never been just about textbooks. π
Sometimes the best way to learn where everything goes is to grab some markers and turn your classmates into your study materials.
This throwback has us wondering two things:
1. How much anatomy did they remember after this?
2. How long did it take to wash all that marker off? π
Hands-on, visual and definitely memorable β just the way we like learning at AIM. π

AIM out in the community today! π
Our students are putting their hands-on skills to work at Step βn Stride, Parkinson Association of Albertaβs annual fundraising and awareness walk.
One of our students is spending the morning providing chair massages to participants while representing AIM alongside one of our instructors.
Step βn Stride brings communities across Alberta together in support of people living with Parkinson disease and Atypical Parkinsonism, along with their families and caregivers. More than 15,000 Albertans are living with these conditions, making events like this such an important opportunity for connection, awareness and support.
We love giving our students opportunities to take what theyβre learning beyond the classroom and be part of the community around them. π
A big thank you to Parkinson Association of Alberta for having us, and to everyone taking part in todayβs Step βn Stride!
If you would like to see AIM at your next event, give us a call at 403-346-1018.
