Hi! In case you're new here, I thought I'd tell you a little more about myself. My name's Leah and I love helping people along their healing journey. I also like to talk about all kinds of things! Here are a few of my favorite things to talk about:

1. I love anything health-related. From nutrition to workouts to supplements, or anything to add to a routine that makes you feel your best. I love giving health tips and helping my friends or people that ask for tips, especially if they are struggling with something, or can't get over that certain hump.

2. Music.. I could sit and talk and go through music or dance for ages.

3. Animals and horses. Horses are my soul animal, I love being around them too.

4. Travelling - I love hearing about other people's adventures and swapping stories. I have some awesome stories from my travels too :). Hearing about where a good place to travel next excites me. I love new cultures and exploring them.
