To our dear clients, as a small business, we are so thankful to have your support. But unfortunately since we are a small business, it is easy for people to take advantage of us. We recently had a client, Holly Schell, come in and receive a full set of lashes as well as other services, and when it came down to payment, there were many excuses such as she accidentally swapped cards with her boyfriend, her phone was broken and she only had her work phone, she had to be out of her appointment in an hour because she had somewhere to be, etc. she has been dodging calls and messages and by no means do we think we will receive any payment from her, but we would like to post this as a warning in hopes of preventing any small businesses from being put through the same thing by her. Please always remember to support local, and to all our business owners, please don’t let people take advantage of something you’ve worked so hard for! 😊
