Good Morning

This is a hard post to write……..

Over the past 12 almost 13 years I’ve been running my little business here in town with a smile and I can honestly say I’ve loved it. I’ve been behind the chair for 25ish years, wow that makes me sound old 😉. My body is telling me it doesn’t love it anymore, I need to put my arms down more.

I have taken on a new adventure in town and have decided to slow the salon business down and only work a couple evenings a week, Mondays and Wednesdays (I’m not ready to quit cold turkey ☺️).

I can not express how GRATEFUL I am for the support over the years. The people I have met, the friendships I’ve made are absolutely amazing. I am so thankful for all of you who have supported my dream.

This week is my last full time week at the salon. I am happy, sad, nervous, anxious, and mostly excited, all the emotions all at the same time.

My hours going forward are
Monday 5:30-7:30
Wednesday 5:30-8

This is why I close the salon early sometimes. It’s race weekend 🏁
Here is part of what a race day looks like. We only do this because he absolutely loves moto, and so do I. The people we’ve met, the friendships we’ve made are worth every hot, sweaty, muddy, dusty, and too cold day on the track. These are memories we will have for a lifetime.

It’s time to take a little break. I will be out of the salon from Aug 1 - Aug 7. Just a little camping trip.

We all had a great weekend, there was some stiff competition out there and Grayson came home with some hardware. Lots of fun was had, met some old friends made some new ones, weather cooperated, what more could you possibly ask for?

Grayson is racing this weekend so we are sneaking away early today. See you Monday
