Meet the team behind Refine.

Get to know the women behind your favourite treatments, the faces you see around the studio and the people who make Refine what it is.

Each of our team members brings her own personality, expertise and approach to the studio, but we all share the same goal: creating an experience that feels personal, intentional and, of course, a little luxurious.

MEET MEGAN

Megan is an esthetician who studied Global Esthetics at the Blanche Macdonald Centre in Vancouver. Before becoming an esthetician, she received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina, which sparked her interest in business and eventually led her to becoming a small business owner.

She loves creating relaxing, personalized experiences for her clients and helping them take a little time for themselves. She especially loves a good brow transformation and is always excited to keep learning and growing within the industry.

When she’s not at Refine, you’ll usually find Megan spending time with her husband, Roe, and their two cats, Jackie and Dianne. She’s also a big reality TV fan, so if you’re looking for something to chat about during your appointment, Love Island is always a safe bet.

MEET JENNA

Jenna is an esthetician based in Regina who completed her studies at the Style Academy in 2021. After years of navigating her own skin struggles, she found her passion in helping others feel seen, supported and confident throughout their skincare journey.

She specializes in acne treatment and overall skin health, with a strong focus on education and creating customized treatment plans for each client. Jenna believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to skincare, and loves getting to know her clients, understanding their goals and creating a plan that works for their skin and their lifestyle. She is always continuing her education and staying up to date with the latest in skin science and professional treatments.

Whether you’re working toward long-term skin goals or simply looking for a relaxing facial, Jenna loves creating treatments that are both results-driven and restorative.

We are so excited to celebrate Brie who took 1st place in Nano Hairstrokes at the Étalon Canada-wide competition!

This incredible win means Brie will be representing Team Canada at the World Championships in Istanbul this spring, an amazing accomplishment, and a true reflection of her talent and dedication.

We have always admired Brie’s level of skill, artistry, hard work, and commitment to excellence. We feel so honored to have an artist of her calibre in our midst and couldn’t be more proud to celebrate this achievement with her!!

The Wait Is Over!

Aly's books are officially reopening! Here's everything you need to know:

Online booking opens: Sunday, August 16th at 12:00 PM

Appointments available: August 18th through October 16th

Online booking closes: Tuesday, August 18th at 4:00 PM

Last time Aly's books opened, her schedule was fully booked in just 11 minutes. We highly recommend being ready to book as soon as appointments are released if you're hoping to secure an appointment.

If you aren't able to book an appointment, it's not a glitch, it simply means all available appointments have already been reserved. Please join the waitlist for EVERY appointment time that works for your schedule! We actively monitor the waitlist as cancellations and schedule changes occur, and many (if not all) clients are able to secure appointments this way.

Online booking will remain open until August 18th at 4:00 PM, even if all appointments have been booked, so you'll still be able to join the waitlist. After 4:00 PM on August 18th, Aly will no longer appear in online booking, and the waitlist will close until her next booking release.

To keep the process fair for everyone, we kindly ask that you only book appointments you are confident you can attend. Holding multiple appointments "just in case" limits availability for other clients and impacts scheduling for everyone.
