This guys has a crazy busy life chasing around 3 young kids and all the activities they do!

He first came to see me over a year ago with back pain.

We structured his treatments around this with focus on hips, quads, hamstrings, glutes and back.

Along with his traditional massage and chiro treatments, Thai massage has become an integral part of his wellness routine which has allowed him moving more freely.

Developing a relationship and connection with each one of my clients is very important to me.

Learning about their hidden talents has to be my favourite part and most of them never cease to amaze me with what they do.

Melique shared with me that he wrote a book called Can I Walk You Home? which comprised of sentences, phrases and quotes that have made an impression on his life.

My favourite at first read is “Take time where you are.” I think it’s a good reminder to be in the now and not to worry on the past or what’s to come in the future. Whether good or bad always appreciate where you are currently which is sometimes easier said than done.

You can check it out on Amazon through this link: https://a.co/d/0i9Kan0j

Look forward to more in depth conversations during his treatments to learn more about this guy.

Don came into see me mainly because his wife told he had to but also because of the limited mobility in his upper body.

Don strength trains 3 days a week, golf’s a ton but not much of a stretcher. He had limited mobility in his upper body and was unable to touch his arms together in front of his body.

We focused his 60 min treatment on pecs, posterior shoulder muscles, neck, lats and did some thoracic mobility as well.

Now while he still has some work to do, we made some fairly good progress in his first treatment.

I also recommended he do some stretching and mobility work at home to help keep progress moving forward until he is able to come back for another treatment.

Look forward to seeing how we can work on increasing his mobility as we continue to work together. And even see how it helps the ole golf swing on the course!

Tight glutes can affect more than just your hips 🍑🍑

When the glute muscles become tight, they can contribute to:
👎lower back pain
👎hip pain and restricted mobility
👎knee issues
👎poor posture
👎reduced athletic performance

Your glutes play a key role in stabilizing the pelvis and supporting efficient movement in the body. Regular stretching, mobility work and soft tissue treatments like Thai massage can help keep you moving well.

Don’t wait until something hurts to be your reminder it’s time to stretch - make mobility part of your regular routine!

Four years ago, I took a leap of faith and started this journey into Thai massage. Today (and every day), I am extremely grateful for every client, referral, testimonial and every moment of support along the way!

What started as a let’s give this a shot has grown into a dream of mine focused on movement, recovery and helping people feel and move their best.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their wellness journey over the past four years. Your support means more than you will ever know! 💚🫶

Here’s to continued growth, learning and helping even more people move better and find the love of mobility.

Proactive stretching helps improve mobility, reduce stiffness, support recovery and just keep your body moving well!

Get ahead of pain and tightness before mobility becomes a problem.

Being consistent now can help prevent limitations and problems later.

Stretch for maintenance; not just when your body hurts!

Strength keeps you capable. Mobility keeps you moving with ease.

As we age, building strength and maintaining mobility becomes two of the best investments you can make for your health, ongoing independence and overall quality of life.

From getting up off the floor to staying active without pain, movement matters at every stage of life and becomes crucial in our 40s and on for both men and women.

The sooner you start, the easier it is to make both a part of your regular routine.

Think about longevity!
