I discuss how many business owners don’t realize that if monthly profits don’t exceed these expenses, you’re running at a loss but still have to keep pushing. I emphasize that as a business owner, you work more than your employees, and the struggle is real—especially when running a service-based business versus retail. I encourage fellow business owners to keep faith and persevere, reminding aspiring entrepreneurs that this journey requires sacrifice and dedication.
