Today’s monthly Hot Topic was all about reflection and connection.
Last week, Candyce and I had the privilege of attending The Gathering Festival in Banff, where this year’s theme “Winning the Future Together truly resonated. It was a powerful reminder that we are not meant to do this alone.
Over the past 20 years, we have been intentional about curating a team environment rooted in growth, connection, and community. Every workshop, keynote, and spoken word we absorbed at The Gathering had our Shear Escape family in mind.
Today, we brought that energy home. We invited our team to pause, reflect, and reconnect with our roots, our values, and our community. Because together is where the magic happens.
