Today marks 10 years since I began my journey as a massage therapist, and I wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

To every client who has trusted me with their care, referred a friend, supported my business, or simply kept coming back over the years—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support has allowed me to do what I love every day.

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping people through injuries, chronic pain, stress, recovery, and self-care journeys. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of your wellness and healing.

Running my own practice has been both challenging and fulfilling, and I am so grateful for the relationships I’ve built along the way. Many of you started as clients and have become friends.

Here’s to the last 10 years, and to many more years of helping people feel their best.
