It has been a long hard road but we made it.

It's been a hectic time and I thank you all for your support and patience...

Good Morning,

I hope this note finds you and yours happy and healthy.

With the way things are progressing, I am planning to re-open June 2nd.

I will start making those bookings on May 20th provided nothing changes between now and then and if the required supplies I've ordered arrive.

However, please remember, the entire industry is still struggling to find a consistent supply of the mandated personal protective equipment.

Our clients will also be required to wear face masks during treatment. I am hoping to have enough supplies to be able to provide a mask if clients do not have their own.

It has been a difficult time for everyone.
In general, RMTs across the board have many concerns that have yet to be addressed but each day brings a few more answers.

As such, I believe it is in my clients best interest to delay opening slightly from the allowed date of May 19th as part of the second phase, in order to give some time to see what comes from the first phase.

ANOTHER UPDATE: according to sask gov website the self isolation support program should be in place later this week and have a straight forward application process!

UPDATE:
I SHOULD HAVE MORE INFO TOMORROW.
I have seen several mentions of a relief fund for people in Saskatchewan affected by Covid-19/isolation, to help financially until federal funds become available in April...
However, I can find no mention on how to apply. If anyone has better luck please feel free to share the info!

It is with great concern for everyone's safety that I have made the decision to temporarily close.

Although most of my clients are truely in need of massage for their health and well being there is too much risk to ethically continue at this time.

I will be notifying all currently booked clients asap and will let you all know here as soon as it is safe to resume my practice.
