I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your continued support of Luxury Salon Renfrew. I truly appreciate the trust you place in me, and I look forward to seeing you at each appointment.

As a one-on-one hairstylist, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. When a client does not show up or cancels at the last minute without notice, it leaves an appointment time that cannot be filled, while other clients are often waiting weeks for an opening.

To ensure fairness for everyone and to continue providing the best possible service, my No-Show Policy will be enforced beginning August 1, 2026.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

* Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Clients who fail to attend their appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
* An invoice will be sent and payment will be required before booking any future appointments.
* Future appointments may be placed on hold until any outstanding balance has been paid.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. If something unavoidable arises, please reach out as soon as possible. Communication is always appreciated.

Hi everyone,

As summer approaches and school wraps up, I wanted to give everyone a little heads up that you may notice a new face around the salon one day a week this summer — my 11-year-old son, Kroix!

Some of you may have already met him a couple of weeks ago on the PA Day. He did such a great job helping out that we decided to make it official for the summer.

Kroix will be helping me with some of the behind-the-scenes tasks around the salon such as cleaning, tidying up, and cashing out clients. And if I’m lucky enough, maybe by the end of summer he’ll even be brave enough to answer the phone when it rings!

This is such a great opportunity for him to learn responsibility, confidence, and what it means to work hard. Thank you all in advance for your patience, kindness, and encouragement as he learns the ropes around the salon.

I appreciate all of you so much and can’t wait to spend another fun summer with all of my amazing clients!
