To those of you who don’t already know me, my name is Karina Askarova & I’m a professional hair extensions and hair treatments specialist, educator, and proud distributor of Floractive Professional.
I’ve dedicated myself to helping women feel confident and beautiful through healthy, luxurious hair transformations.

My passion for beauty started early. I grew up watching my mom work her magic behind the chair as a hairstylist, and it left a lasting impression on me. By the time I was 14, I was already experimenting with hair on my friends — I just knew this was something I was meant to do.

At 22, I became a lash and brow technician, and two years later, I made the full switch into the hair industry, where my heart truly belongs. I started small — working out of a tiny room in the basement of a house I was renting — and I also worked in a few salons where I gained hands-on experience, built my confidence, and learned what it really takes to run a business in this industry.

There came a point where lashes and brows no longer fulfilled me, and I made the decision to fully dive into hair. That leap of faith completely transformed my career. After years of practice, countless certifications, moving from city to city, and pushing through both personal and professional ups and downs, I can proudly say I’m building something I truly believe in.
